The product has to be in its original packaging and to be in perfect visual condition. All exchange or return will be accepted only upon presentation of proof of purchase (invoice or receipt).
The exchanges of products are accepted by an amount equal to or greater the total amount of the invoice. The customer will be credited the full amount of the invoice and does not accept reimbursement. In case of exchange of a product by another which the price is higher than the amount of proceeds total exchanged, the customer agrees to pay remaining amount of the new product.
The returned products will be accepted for manufacturing defects. Any product that has been affected by a misuse or negligence will be rejected.
In the case of consumables, such as office products or printing inks, exchange will be rejected if the product packaging has been opened.
5. Purchases by Minors
Solpanin S.A. does not sell to minors and persons under the legal age. In any case, it is recommended the presence of an adult during the purchase by minors. Solpanin S.A. assumes no liability in the event of a purchase by minors without parental permission.
